you will be responsible for account reconciliations, entering financial transactions, managing accounts payables, arranging payments, and processing invoices. You will also work on financial reports, deal with financial paperwork, and support the Finance department as needed.
Missions
- To get required local registration - tax ID, VAT and other state authorities
- - To get digital signature in state authorities and develop electronic docflow within the country
- - To open bank accounts, set up the bank accounts in Oracle, including CPA settings and Balalayka
- - To sign agreement with payment system
- - Trust set up (terminals registration, technical test, penny-test)
- - To buy and install local software for local accounting, payroll, tax reporting Business scheme contracts template approval, signing by clients, docflow after go-live
- - To integrate the local/billing/inventory software with Oracle
- - To choose and sign the contract with local auditor
- - To get all required ruling from tax authorities
- - Regular IC transactions in local software on monthly basis
- - AR, AP, bank transactions in local software on daily basis
- - Month-end transactions in local software on monthly basis
- - Statutory reporting - VAT and CIT declarations on quarterly basis, payroll reporting to state authorities
- - Reconciliation acts with vendors and customers + ad-hoc requests from 3rd parties in local language
- - Salary + pay slips + ad-hoc requests from employees and state authorities in local language Annual local audit completion
- - Tax and other state authorities issues - customs, IT benefits confirmation, tax and labor inspectors
- - To set up LE in Oracle
- - To initiate LE set up in required GL, SL, HR modules for agreed currencies...
Profil
- • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role
- • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
- • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Algerian tax and labour laws
- • Fluency in English and French is prefered
